How to drink tea , estimate water temperature in fahernheit by sight .In contrast to the complicated fahernheit system ,the celsius scale so simple that you can easily learn to estimate temperature just by looking at the water .Water boils at 100centigrade .This means that 90 is nine-tenths boiling ,80 is eight-tenths boiling ,and so on .By thinking of tea water temperature in centigrade tearms ,it is much easier to judge what is happening in you temperature in centigrade terms ,it is much easier to juder what is happening in you teapot by sight and to brew you tea all the proper temperature.
